Software does not perform as what the sales rep demo it as. The OCR scanning CANNOT recognize most of the fields and CANNOT detect carbon copied paper. There's no file transport protocol built into the software if you have remote locations. On top of that, the implementation rep from Canon lack the knowledge of the product and PM experiences. DO NOT BUY unless you want a very expensive scanner.
